My parents used to see Tubby Hayes at the Flamingo Club (became Ronnie Scotts) and were always enthusiastic. Will share this with them. Thank you!
I recall seeing Tubby at The Sunshien Inn, near Portsmouth, with Bill Le Sage. Never could have guessed how high he flew for so short a time! What a loss. Thanks for this rarity.
