AKIRA ISHIKAWA COUNT BUFFALO JAZZ AND ROCK BAND - BAKISHINBA MEMORIES OF AFRICA

Akira Ishikawa & Count Buffalo Jazz and Rock Band for Polydor Japan from 1970.

Akira Ishikawa (drums, bakishinba, african bongo), Kiyoshi Sugimoto(electric guitar), Isao Eto (electric bass), Hirosama Suzuki(keyboards), Masami Kawahara (latin percussion), Norio Maeda(organ), Takeru Muraoka (tenor sax)

Solid Afro inspired funky jazz set from Ishikawa & Co . Seven original compositions from Maeda , Suzuki & Yoshino make for a good listen and ensure this is one of the most consistent Count Buffalo albums.

Could not seem to find a decent rip anywhere of his Uganda album, all the links across the blogs that posted it seem to be dead, but finally stumbled across a working link.

I have not come across this one before so thought someone else new to the weird and wonderful world of Akira Ishikawa may have not heard Uganda before.
